Audio/Video Quality: The picture was presented in the usual 1.33:1 ratio full frame color. This is the first chance I’ve had to watch a Vertigo release and I’m happy to saw that I am VERY pleased. The video quality is up there with the best I’ve seen for an adult movie. There were absolutely no compression artifacts during the movie, nor any pixelation. The color of the film was also excellent, and the flesh tones all looked very realistic. The audio was the standard 2.0 stereo, but much like the video its quality was excellent. There was background music at times, but it was kept soft enough that it did not interfere with the actors. Good job Vertigo.

Body of Review: With a title like Suck Start My Heart you’d expect to see a lot of blowjobs, and that’s exactly what you get. There are a total of 8 scenes on the disc, each ranging in length from a paltry 8 minutes to a marathon suck-fest of over 16 minutes. Vertigo has provided a little something for everyone on this disc. We have some “one girl one guy” blowjobs, some “two girls one guy”, some “one girl two guys” and even a “one girl three guys”. I’m very pleased to say that each and every girl on the disc is extremely attractive. Blondes and brunettes, Whites, Blacks, and Asians; they’re all here and incredibly talented at sucking cock. You’ll find yourself aching to see these girls get fucked, but we’ll have to settle with seeing them with cock in their mouths. Each girl shows a great amount of gusto and enthusiasm in their scenes. I was pleased also to see each girl bravely took each guy’s load right in the face – no cum dodging. There are plenty of “blowjob only” discs on the market, and this one is another good addition.

Final Thoughts: For those folks who enjoy seeing nothing but blowjobs, this release is definitely worth picking up. Heck, even if you’re just a fan of sex in general I’d say this one is worth checking out! I have no issues with the video quality, audio quality, or the attractiveness of the girls. I would have liked to see a few more extras on the disc, but even without any I’d still recommend picking up this disc.
