Extra's: The best extra for most of you will be the 25.5 minute long bonus scene from What An Ass! #4 starring hotty Carmen Kinsley and Ian Scott. Audio/Video Quality: Bound To Please was presented in the same 1.85:1 ratio anamorphic widescreen color it was shot in by directors Tyler Scott & Brother Love for Digital Sin. The lighting was pretty good so the levels of grain and video noise were reasonable, with accurate fleshtones to boot but I saw a softness to some of the material that isn't common to movies released by the company, with attendant grain interfering as well. There were a few times when cast members were washed out by the flat lighting but this didn't happen often so I wasn't going to harp on it but figured to let you know. The bitrate was on the low side this time, often dropping bellow 3 Mbps so perhaps that had something to do with it but a lot of the look of the movie seemed intentionally dark and grainy as a way to set the mood. Otherwise, the composition of the shots enhanced the look of the ladies in most cases, making this a decent vehicle for them to shine in when the other factors aligned just right. I saw no compression artifacts or video noise either, marking this as a nice step forward for the series. The 2.0 Dolby Digital English soundtrack (clocking in at the standard 192 Kbps) wasn't quite as good though. The vocals were soft in some case, the droning thump of the bass too loud at the beginning of the scenes, and the dynamic range limited (with no separation between the channels either).

Body of Review: Tyler Scott & Brother Love have both been directing for Digital Sin awhile now and while I've been told "off the record" that there's a reason why I never see them together (shades of Clark Kent!), each persona seems to provide a different type of look to their movies, giving me pause to think they are different people. That said, their latest release is Bound To Please, a light bondage oriented fuck flick that had a number of cute newcomers tied up and having fun with some of the best meat puppets in porn, with elevated levels of chemistry and heat present in most scenes. I know that full bondage scenes are shied away from these days as potential targets for legal action so this was about as good as I would expect while still maintaining the benefits of a mainstream porn look. If you're still interested, here's a quick look at the scenes by cast and action, noting that no condoms were used at all:

Scene One: Alexis Love, the gal featured on the front cover, was up first as she spoke to the camera and suggested she wanted to try something new; taking the form of a light bondage scene with Mark Ashley. The casting had a lot of gals that looked to be in their teens and the light bondage dynamic was catered to fairly well with a few standout scenes worth lots of replay. The rookie pussy performers even seemed to embrace the idea more than average and while it might not have been the best title I've watched of late in terms of consistency, Bound To Please was well worth a nod thanks to the chemistry and heat displayed.
