The Movie:

There's not a lot of plot to this one and in fact it follows exactly the same formula as the first Diamond Girl feature from Ninn Worx. In a nutshell, the theme is that Kenzie Ryan plays a beautiful rich bitch that enters into a dreamlike world of fetishistic eroticism, and in turn acts out her fantasies, not caring about the consequences of her actions or having to deal with any of the guilt of reality. Michael Ninn has been doing this long enough that the man knows how to make a porno film look good. Diamond Girl 2 -Elegant is no exception and his blend of cyberpunk visuals and fetishistic sex looks quite good on this digital video production. Some of the colors are intentionally muted and flat looking but this is a stylistic choice and not a fault of the transfer. Print damage and video noise is not an issue and while there is definitely some mild compression evident in some of the blacker areas, for the most part this movie looks quite good.

Sound:

The English Dolby Digital 2.0 Sound mix features no subs or alternate audio tracks but does come through the receiver clearly and without any problems. Bass response from the subwoofer is lively and active and the background music has just enough punch to it to liven up the sex scenes even more than they already are. For some reason the second scene seems a lot louder than the other ones on the disc, but it's not that big a deal.

Extras:

In addition to the standard photo gallery, there is also a behind the scenes featurette that doesn't really have any dialogue or narration but does contain some fun outtakes and nice footage of the girls off camera. For some reason there's a tracking line all over the top of the image, which is a little irritating. It is kind of amusing to see one of the male performers losing his erection just as the still photographer shows up. This featurette runs twenty-five minutes in total and does contain some solid behind the scenes footage.

Final Thoughts:

Michael Ninn certainly hasn't broken any new ground with this release, in fact he's completely stuck to the formula that he's so well known for. With that being said, there's no shortage of hot women in this feature, and all of the scenes are definitely above average in terms of production value and in terms of heat. Diamond Girl 2 – Elegant comes recommended.
