Extra's: The best extra for many of you will be the bonus scene from Nothing Underneath between Jessica Sweet and Chris Cannon. While it didn't actually burn down the house, it was a fun little scene worth watching. My favorite extra was the 23 minute long Behind the Scenes feature by Don Fischer (now going by his former performer/director name of Micky Ray). There was also a photogallery and a set of trailers but the first two extras were the best by a wide margin.

Audio/Video Quality: Wet Teen Panties 3 was presented in the usual 1.33:1 ratio full frame color as originally shot by director Robert Herrera. I've watched a lot of his work before and know exactly what to expect of it with this being very similar in appearance. For the most part, the colors were deep and rich (slightly too much so at times though) and the lighting even with minimal shadows. If you're looking for something particularly stylish, you're looking in the wrong place but overall the scenes looked pretty good. My biggest complaint would be the sameness some of them had in terms of camera angles (especially using couches all the time) but the emphasis was on the gals, not the point of view angles employed. The stereo audio was also even with few variations to speak of and the minimalist nature of it fine by me although I'd have liked the opportunity to add in the slightest hint of music (only if well done though) to enhance a couple of scenes a bit.

Body of Review: One of the biggest problems consumers have with porn these days is the false advertising they find on movie covers in porn. It bugs me too and has become a major reason why reviewers such as myself dedicate thousands of hours of personal time in an effort to inform fellow fans. It sure isn't the pay and benefits! Anyway, one of the company's that I've long appreciated has been Simon Wolf since they tend to offer some really well done porn with a bevy of beauties focusing their most current efforts on young performers with little experience. Their latest release is Wet Teen Panties 3 and while I found issue with Volume 2, I figured it was only fair to give them a second chance since they've been so good in the past. Thankfully, my instincts proved to be correct as the listed cast, the listed actions, and the overall quality was a return to what I've come to expect of director Robert Herrera and his crew. I still think the biggest problem with the last volume was related to the company switching over to distributor Pure Play Media (and it wasn't likely their fault either; things happen when you move) but that's hopefully behind them as they begin anew with solid releases like this one. Unlike series like Barely Legal, the gals here really looked to be 18 or 19 and were cute; the main selling point of any such series. Without further ado, here's a glimpse at the five scenes of Wet Teen Panties 3:

Scene One: Jasmine, a 19 year old cutie that claimed to love anal sex, had the opening scene with studly Alex on a big red couch. There wasn't a lot of build up as they were rubbing and making out with one another as they slowly stripped off their clothes. I didn't like how she kept looking at the camera but her lean, lithe body certainly fit the profile of what I'd expect of a series of vignettes revolving around youthful gals in their teens. They did some decent oral after that and had a bit of energetic screwing vaginally before she began to take some anal. It went slow at first but I knew she was no stranger to taking it in her ass as they got up to full speed. In all, I liked the scene and hope to see more of her in the future when she's a bit more skilled at milking a cock.

Scene Two: Moonshine, another 19 year old but this time a blonde with kinky hair that started out as a stripper before switching over to porn, and Joey, had their scene on a black couch. I'd have preferred a bed every now and then since it gives the camera crew better angles to work with and a little more diversity of action but a lot of people stick with what they know. In any case, Joey warmed her up a bit before getting really into it and she responded well. The pacing was well done and while she wasn't an anal queen, I got the impression that she enjoyed her new line of work more than many of her peers. She was the gal on the left side of the front DVD cover with the sultry look and I think I'll be seeing more of her in future given her performance here.

Scene Three: Hillary, a cute 19 year old blonde that said she loves anal sex in the BTS feature, and Chris Cannon, were up next. She's the blonde in the upper right hand corner of the front DVD cover with the all natural body and girlish face. While not as sexually talented as a few of the others, she too had an appeal with her lean physique and attractive looks. I'll probably like her more in a few years when she learns to coax a load more fully and adds a couple of pounds to her frame but her current appeal is undeniable as well. The scene included the same oral, vaginal and anal sex that the first scene had but her ability to do anal was more limited. This may appeal to those of you who don't want to see a gal in action that could slide dozens of chopsticks up her ass more than the circus act sex fans but each have their place in the grand scheme of things.

Scene Four: Megan, a 19 year old Latina gal wit a very pretty face and curvy body, and porn veteran Nick, went at one another on a couch (imagine that!). She's the gal on the lower right hand side of the front DVD cover and I thought she was adorable. During the scene, she smiled and treated Nick like he was the only thing that mattered, making this one a winner to watch more than a few times. I prefer curvier gals but Latinas have always had a place in my viewing habits; especially attractive ones like this. The action followed the formula and she took the facial well at the end but those of you that like less skilled gals will appreciate her newness.

Scene Five: Kat, a youthful looking 18 year old blonde with braces, took on Billy on a couch by the fireplace. She was very vocal as he plugged away at her pussy and each did some fair oral on the other but the scene was kind of generic for me as the two went through the same paces. Her lack of breasts and mixed racial heritage may appeal more to those of you with a specific need than the rest of us but she gave a decent scene too. For the most part, she suffered the fact that some of the others were more sexually skilled or more physically appealing to me but the action was similar enough that I'm splitting hairs with regard to the quality of the scene.

Summary: Wet Teen Panties 3 will appeal mostly to those of you who want to see fresh young gals having fairly straightforward sex with a single, male partner. Leaving the circus acts behind for lesser companies, Simon Wolf has recently narrowed the niche they serve and I have to admit, you could do a lot worse than this one (and I'm not damning them with faint praise by any means). I'm going to give the DVD a rating of Recommended but you can adjust it as you like depending on what you want to see. The cover advertising was accurate and fair with all the cast looking appropriate for their roles with none of the story or acting that some consumers so hate about modern porn. I haven't seen nearly as much from Simon Wolf of late but I think they may well be positioned for a renewed sense of vigor given industry sources and their new distributor (who has a chance to revitalize this company with additional marketing, something the company wasn't as good at in their past). I wish them well in this new year since the market has increasingly chased the more extreme sex acts that get old after a while.
