Audio/Video Quality: The picture was presented in the usual 1.33:1 ratio full frame color, just as most porn is these days. The picture this time was even worse than Volume 7, with way too much grain and video noise, out of focus moments, lighting problems and mosquito noise. The reddish tint was particularly bothersome but I didn't see any compression artifacts. The audio was presented in stereo English but the dynamic range was limited and the channels didn't appear to have any separation that was noticeable. For such a cute cast of females, there was a lack of resources spent on the technical matters, a fact that bugged me no end when I watched this one.

Body of Review: With all the porn companies trying to cash in on the youth craze, I run into more series focusing on "barely legal" gals than I care to remember. Most of them have performers that are between 20 and 25 years old but every now and then, you'll get a DVD that is accurate in it's advertising. One series with a mixed track record is from Sin City Teen, with the latest volume being Barely 18 #8. The box cover describes the title like this: "Barely legal and butt-naked, that's what we love! we've got 5 little pink teen twatties lines up in a row, getting jammed, stuffed, fucked and ass-packed full of rock hard cock for our cameras. Summary: The technical values were worse than an already weak Volume 7 and the cast, although comprised of some real winners, weren't sexually talented enough to earn more than a Rent It (and that's for fans only). The extras weren't bad and the value okay but unless you see a great sale, check this one out before buying it.
