Video/Audio: The video is presented in 1.33:1 color with
a decent transfer. This was shot on film so grain is present,
but isn't a major problem. The lighting is
a little
dark
at times
and while it does add to the feel of the movie it can be distracting. The audio
is 5.1 Dolby Surround with some muffled dialogue here and there. There are
several bits of dialogue that have been overdubbed. Its not as bad as some
of the foreign DVD's dubbing jobs, but it's kinds cheesy.

The DVD: Wicked DVDs are usually well made with user friendly
menus and good design. Chapter breaks are a different story though. This would
be a perfect movie to have several chapters just for the story, not including
the sex scenes.

Plot Summary: Conquest follows Rachel (Jenna Jameson) in
her quest to find the man that murdered her father. Along the way, she and
her best friend (Shayla) stowaway on a pirate ship and befriend Jack Ransom.
As it turns out, Jack is looking for the same man. They continue with their
quest to find him and run into problems along the way, but nothing a good sword
fight doesn't take care of.

Scene Breakdown:

Sahara Sands

Scene 1: Sahara Sands, Tom Byron, Mark Davis,

some head for the guys before the fucking begins. It's a little hard to tell
who
is doing what at times because of the way the scene is shot with a lot of
close ups. From what I could tell, Sahara sticks with Doggy the entire time

Nice scene. The look and feel of the scene work well with what is going on.
The dark look causes some problems here and there though. The lack of full

Overall Thoughts: When this
was originally released, it had one of the largest budgets ever for an adult
film
and it shows.
Although the plot is a little bumpy, it's is a decent story that's much different
from anything else I've seen in porn. The overall cast is huge and the sex
scenes boast some of the biggest adult performers of the mid and late nineties,
including Jenna Jameson. Jenna has become more than just
a hot chick in porn; she has become a brand name. Wicked knows this and their
decision to make updated special editions for her films is a smart one. Jammed
packed with several extras on top of a good Jenna movie will be more than enough
motivation to people to get this dvd. Speaking of extra's, I wish Wicked would
implement something similar to what Private did with Trust No One and allow
for the viewer to choose watching the extended scenes in the movie itself.
These longer scenes were quite a bit better in my opinion. The effects and
dubbed sound weren't there so the sex was hotter.

This is not for the raincoater crowd,
but more for couples or someone that enjoys plot and scenery in their porn.
Even with some problems with lighting, the movie is till really good and the
names alone will sell this DVD, but the extras added on top of this is just
icing on the cake. Highly Recommended.
