Alessandro del Mar's Sun, Beach & Sex is true to its title, offering a "beach vacation"-themed porn flick in which couples pair off in twos and threes and fours, mostly outdoors—only sometimes on the beach, but just as often in a backyard somewhere or indoors on a couch. So, this film isn't entirely a beach porno, as you might expect, but it does offer some arousing scenarios and shots. The performers are universally attractive, and the direction is more than competent.

Scene 1

Here's a nice hetero scene between a comely brunette and an older gentleman that takes place in an office—not exactly a beach scene. Presented in 1.85:1 anamorphic widescreen, Sun, Beach & Sex looks surprisingly good. Shot on video, the movie offers spectacular detail and depth, with vivid colors. This is light years ahead of most shot-on-video productions, thanks mostly to the added resolution of anamorphic enhancement. The stereo sound is okay, offering a center-focused presentation with musical effects to the left and right
