Audio/Video Quality: Soaking Wet was presented in an crisp 1.78:1 ratio anamorphic widescreen color as shot by director Chris Streams for Jules Jordan Video. The lighting was consistently solid, generally limiting the grain and other potential visual flaws in the open settings of the house and outdoors. The camera work and editing also contributed to the straightforward nature of the production though I did notice the company watermark in the lower right hand corner this time. The 2.0 Dolby Digital English audio was a bit more basic with no separation or major dynamic range but I could always hear what was said and the music didn't interfere with my viewing pleasure. The music dominated during the tease sequences and fans may find this a marked change for the director from most of his works to date.

Body of Review: Chris Streams has been a favored director for years now, his works at Jules Jordan Video finally garnering the awards and nominations one might expect of top tier talent. His latest flick coming in to review is called Soaking Wet, the show a thematic spinoff of the other “oiled up” or “wet look” titles released by the company. While just a single disc release, there was a lot to appreciate with ladies like Romi Rain, Ashley Fires, Alektra Blue, Valentina Nappi, Lola Foxx, and Abby Cross frolicking about, the amount of tease and outdoor footage alone elevating the quality of the production in most cases. Here’s a very brief look at the scenes by cast and action, noting that obviously no condoms were used for those still interested:

Scene One: Abby Cross and Lola Foxx, the two hard bodies seen washing a car with a garden hose on the upper right hand corner of the front cover, were up first with Mick Blue. In short then, Soaking Wet tried a variety of different approaches to providing the wet look requisite of the theme, the creativity of how the guys developed the scenes making it clear that this should become a series if at all possible, maybe even a double disc series if the numbers justify it.
