Carmen Goes To College 3 should actually have been entitled "Carmen Becomes a Phone Sex Operator", since that's what she spends most of this movie doing. And while Carmen certainly has a hot body, I'm not sure that I would hire her for a phone sex job. Her heavy Puerto Rican accent, to me, doesn't have a lot of sexual appeal. It's kind of like trying to get off with Fran Drescher on the phone…you know that there's a hot body on the other end of the line, but the voice alone would never clue you in to that fact.

Anyway…I'm getting off track here. What I'm really trying to say is that I would have much rather watched Carmen actually in college than see what she does in this movie. Thankfully, though, the title does open up with a really hot scene involving Taylor Rain and Julian (whom, if my ears didn't deceive me, is playing a senator). Taylor calls up Carmen to see if she's interested in a three-way, but Carmen passes, so Taylor is left to please Sen. Julian on his own.

Carmen needs to make some money to pay her tuition, so she checks out the phone sex company of a guy (Alec Metro) who keeps calling her on the phone telling her how sexy her voice is. The rest of the movie is filled with Carmen giving phone sex sessions, and the fantasies that play out in her head as she is giving each one.

The first has Carmen with Alec Metro, in which the two 69, then go at it in the reverse cowgirl, missionary, doggy and cowgirl positions – ending with a pop-shot to Carmen's body. Even though it's Carmen's fantasy, the next scene has Cindy Crawford making out with Julian, which concludes with possibly the best cumshot of the title – a facial for Cindy. Fans of girl/girl action should enjoy a pairing between Carmen and Jana Cova; and the movie ends with a nice coupling featuring Asian beauty Avena Lee and Ben English.

While there's nothing particularly bad about the sex in Carmen Goes To College 3, I've come to expect a little more heat from Digital Sin in their releases. It seems to me that a much hotter title could be made about the world of phone sex, and much more stimulating scenes could be made featuring the idea.

As for bonus material, there's not much here – a chapter selection, photo gallery, and some trailers for other Digital Sin titles. Perhaps the best thing about the disc is the A/V quality – both the audio and the video are top-notch.

This is one for die-hard fans of Carmen only. Aside from a brief classroom scene (with no sex involved) this movie has nothing to do with college – so those looking for a co-ed fix should look elsewhere.
