Audio/Video Quality: Swallowed Alive was presented in 1.78:1 anamorphic widescreen as shot by director Alexander DeVoe for Jules Jordan Video. This appeared to be a single camera, single man crew production but Alexander had long established he can make the most with less so I wasn’t worried. The lighting of interracial trysts can be tricky (if you don’t believe me, go look at what is for sale on the market by weaker peers) so I knew this should be well covered by the director, the lighting proving flat and even while the DVD showed no major problems as a result. The footage as edited emphasized the ladies and their enjoyment of the men, the plain household setting keeping things straightforward with the video bitrate high enough to minimize compression artifacts. There was a company watermark in the lower right hand corner for those who care, the issue rarely causing grief given the manner in which the footage seemed to keep most of the fun centered. The audio was presented in a 2.0 Dolby Digital English, the minimal music not a factor once the trysts were underway. The vocals were clear but minimal, nothing sticking out as exceptional for this gonzo production.

Body of Review: Jules Jordan Video has long been one of my favorite porn production companies for their adherence to certain informal rules so many of their peers seem to disregard with impunity all too often. Of all their directors, I am probably least well versed in the complete catalog of Alexander DeVoe, the man best known for his extensive collection of urban (black on black) and interracial porn flicks. His latest was one of the first single disc titles for the company that I’ve seen, a set of five lengthy scenes called Swallowed Alive. The focus this time was on interracial sexual trysts where the ladies swallowed the genetic juice at the end of the scenes. That there were curvy babes like Bridgette B. Alanah Rae, and Casey Cumz on hand for strokability was nice but sexy Tatiyana Foxx, Leilani Leeanne, and Heather Starlet, also added some potential as well. With almost three and a half hours of quality spank bank material on hand, I was curious as to how the director would combine tease, interracial, and swallowing to stand apart from the crowd. Here’s a brief look at the scenes by cast and action, noting that no condoms were used for those still interested:

The truth in advertising factor was good in that all the ladies swallowed the semen and the trysts all had an interracial flavor to them, some of the technical values skipping a beat but the overall “Devoe Experience” proving he still had what it takes to please the audience. In short, Swallowed Alive was an interracial movie about ladies who swallow the end result of their work, the male donors working just as hard or harder to get to the point where they were ready to unleash their seed so give this three and a half hour fuck flick a look if you enjoy these genres.
