Extra's: The best extra was the bonus footage and behind the scenes material for scenes 1, 3, and 4. Most of it was fluff and Seymore setting up the scene but it's nice to see nonetheless. There was also a biography for Mari Possa, some trailers, a photogallery and spam.

Audio/Video Quality: The picture was presented in the usual 1.33:1 ratio full frame color, as shot originally. Like most of Seymore's movies, there was grain, video noise, and some shaky camera movements but he has definitely improved over the years and the picture quality reflected that fact. In short, for all the problems presented here, it looked pretty good for a gonzo release. The audio was presented in the usual 2.0 stereo English but while my receiver detected a stereo signal, my ears did not, meaning while the sound was basically clean, there was no separation between those channels and the dynamic range was limited.

Body of Review: In recent months, I've had the opportunity to review a number of movies from Seymore Butts (AKA: Adam Glasser). Over the years, I had found that the few reviewers that watched his material were all ass kissing him since their ratings were always far higher than the material deserved. Thankfully, the man made a deal with Pure Play Media that improved the basic quality of the Seymore Butts line and added some decent extras, usually including a bonus scene or deleted footage, as well as cleaning up the picture a bit. This has made a lot of difference to me in terms of the level of fuck for the buck. The reviewers I've spoken to lately have had mixed feelings about some of the older titles released but at least I think they were being honest (unlike the reviewers elsewhere from days gone by). Now that Seymore has been releasing newer material, it has been interesting to compare his gonzo vision with that of all the newcomers in the field, as well as the industry stalwarts like Evil Angel, a company that rarely waivers in what they offer. For the most part, Seymore has been able to keep his head above water by virtue of providing the most bizarre of circus act sex, something that lots of others are emulating with every new release but with better technical values. He still has an eye for ass but unless he takes on the challengers, his margin for sales will continue to be cut into, even with releases like Seymore Butts' Anusthesia. The movie had four scenes of anal action, some better than others, with little plot or story to get in the way of the fun. Scene One: Ariana, a Seymore regular, met him at the door of her house dressed in a towel. Underneath it, she had what appeared to be a strap on dildo but it was one of the kind that inserts in the gal instead. She wiggled up the stairs so that Seymore, and the viewer, could get a good look at her firm ass. Once upstairs, we see that Elizabeth, is bound on the bed, waiting for that dildo to take her hard. Initially, it was jammed in the pussy and both gals responded well with Elizabeth enjoying the spanking before the anal action. Ariana fed her some ass juice coated fingers and then pulled out a larger toy to use on her ass, a big blue dildo. Both gals appeared to get off on the action.

Scene Two: Mari, one of the newer Seymore gals, was in the bathroom with a large dildo up her ass and Heather, a new gal, was taking some pictures of it. Mari went back to using the toy after they got all their small talk over with and she worked it hard. Heather then took care of Seymore, grabbing his penis before jerking him off and sucking him down. The two gals shared the moderate sized meat and playfully teased him from time to time, licking his gonads and ass too. He gave up a small load (maybe he's been working too much) at the end.

Scene Three: Melanie, a chunky but cute redhead, Flower, a blonde gal with natural breasts, and Jay, had a scene on a couch while Seymore watched. Scene Four: Alana, wearing some fishnet stockings (yum), bra and miniskirt, teased the camera a bit before showing Seymore the setup scene she arranged upstairs. If you like extreme sex, this was fairly mundane compared to some of the other companies on the market (Seymore used to be cutting edge but as others grew, he remained the same) but it was still nasty, hardcore sex. The gals jerked him off at the end, sharing the facial like good sports seem to do.

Summary: I liked the female performers here and the sex itself wasn't bad at all, sometimes even pretty hot. I'm going to rate this one as a Rent It since it really wasn't Seymore's best work and the fuck for your buck ratio wasn't all that great. The strongest scene of the bunch was the last one and despite the claim that it should win an award (on the back DVD cover), it was barely above average unless you want to subtitle this one "let's lick man-ass", something that too many people have done to Seymore over the years. It wasn't horrible, just limited compared to all the cheaper, better releases on the market.
