Overview: Lesbian House Hunters Part 2 is the second installment to this series by Girlfriends Films. With much praise by both critics and fans for it's initial production, this newest addition has a lot to stand up to. Once again, the premise to this series is about women who are seeking housing with the assistance of real estate agents. However, in this movie, it focuses mostly on the agents. Nevertheless, with a cast that includes Girlfriends Films' contract stars Prinzzess and India Summer as well as Nicki Hunter, Heather Starlet, and Julia Ann, this production continues to be one of the best newest titles for this studio. With fresh titles such as Pin-Up Girls, Net Skirts, and Lesbian House Hunters, Girlfriends Films has had a very successful year and it is only half way over.

Scene One: After Nicki Hunter catches Bobbi Starr sniffing the homeowner's panties, the blond comes onto the woman and they kiss gently.
