Labeled as Israeli Erotica by label Tight Fight Productions, Assraelis might just be the first hardcore porno to come from that country. It's an interesting production that really does a good job finding some rather exotic looking locations for the action to take place on, and the girls that the producers have wrangled up to fuck on camera are just genuinely beautiful. Unfortunately, North American hardcore porno aficionados will likely find the same problem with this material as I did...

Scene 1 – Alma Fauck, May Buskila: These two lovely ladies are picked up by a pair of studs in the city. They take the girls to a parking lot where no one is around and start making out. The girls each give the guys head, periodically both working on the same dude and then going back to one cock in each mouth. After that the guys start going down before the actual fucking takes place. These girls take it doggy style and ride their new friends cowgirl and reverse cowgirl for a little bit. Video:

The 1.33.1 fullframe presentation isn't bad, but it's far from perfect. There is some mild trailing and motion blurring present on the picture and things have a tendency to look just a little soft throughout the movie. Color definition isn't bad and skin tones look nice and natural, but there's a murkiness to the black levels that doesn't do the production any favors.

Sound:

The sound on the menu is much, much louder than the sound in the feature, which is never a good thing. Aside from that, however, the Dolby Digital 2.0 Stereo track is fine. Optional English subtitles are provided for the dialogue scenes so that those of us who don't speak Hebrew can follow along. The levels fluctuate a bit here and there but aside from that there's nothing to worry about.

Extras:

The extra features start off with three bonus scenes – each on showcasing a different girl in solo play. The first girl strips in the woods and rubs herself for a bit but doesn't really get too hot. The second girl follows suit, only she does it in a wood shop. The third girl is on the beach and she actually gets down and dirty, putting her fingers inside herself and working herself to a climax. These three scenes play for 26:11 in total.

From there we're treated to a behind the scenes featurette which is basically eighteen minutes of random behind the scenes clips presented without any subtitles, narration or context of any form. It's fairly unremarkable and for some reason it's all shot with a weird border around it which frames the action in an oval. It also ends unusually abruptly – the more I think about it, this featurette is pretty useless.

Rounding out the extra features is a slideshow that features a batch of hardcore and softcore stills set to music playing out over 5:20, animated menus, chapter stops, and trailers for a few other Tight Fight DVD releases (roughly fourteen minutes worth of material).

Final Thoughts:

Well, the girls in Assraelis are hot, no doubt about it. Each one is genuinely beautiful and completely easy on the eyes. The problem is that the feature just isn't going to be explicit enough for most North American hardcore porn aficionados. While the moral climate of the land where this material was shot probably plays a big part in what is shown and in how much detail, the fact is that this release is being marketed to the hardcore crowd and this reviewer can't help but think that a lot of people will wind up disappointed. The production crew gets an A for effort, but consider this one a rental for the curious.
