Audio/Video Quality: Sweet & Natural was presented in a 1.78:1 ratio anamorphic widescreen color it was shot in by director B. Skow for Vivid Entertainment using the standard definition MPEG-2 codec in 480 resolution for this DVD. The flick was shot in 1080i/60 high definition last year, though presented in the SD format in a short vignette format. The lighting was well handled and this added to the pleasure of watching the gals in play as the lengthy scenes gave them enough freedom to explore their sexuality. The composition of the camera angles was optimal this time, Skow seeing fit to try and enhance the look of the ladies at every turn as possible, the minor grain not bothering me nearly as much as it could have in less capable hands, Jack Freedom handling the editing this time. The fleshtones were usually accurate too and the DVD mastering was well done (the bitrate hovering around 3.1 Mbps), even if the lighting was off at times (the company watermark will be bothersome to some out there but only some given its location). The audio was presented in a 2.0 Dolby Digital English (in 256 Kbps with a 48 kHz sampling rate) offering with the vocals sounding flat and the music pretty decent. The aural qualities of the movie appeared to offer very limited separation and dynamic range, the vocals easily heard in most cases and mixed in with the ambient noises fairly well.

Skow and Vivid Entertainment are known throughout the porn world for all sorts of enjoyable flicks, Skow’s “Brand New Faces” line still as good as it gets when showcasing vanilla newcomers in first scenes. I might have even increased the rating a notch had it opened with a scene starring an all natural beauty rather than an implanted gal (who was conspicuously absent from the front cover by the way). In short, Sweet & Natural had a lot of appeal in terms of the casting, the technical prowess used to capture them during tease and sex, and some serious replay value so give this title a look if you want the cream of the crop for your spank bank.
