Extra's: The Private Life of… series is very much known for the solid extras the two disc sets contain and this volume was no different. Aside from the interview footage between the scenes of the initial disc, there was a lot of extra scenes (11 of them but I included them in the running time of the set), a quiz game that tests your knowledge of Sandy Styles, rewarding you with a bonus scene from Sex Angels if you get the answers right, an interview from her time in the tropics (where she made a few movies), six photogalleries (five from her magazines and one from the scenes listed here), and a short shower scene where she was caught playing off camera with a few of her girl friends. Lastly, there was a neat little Easter Egg hidden away for you to find.

Audio/Video Quality: The Private Life of Sandy Styles was presented in the same variety of aspect ratios the scenes were originally shot in for Private, including primarily 1.33:1 ratio full frame but also several in 1.85:1 widescreen color. I don't think any of the scenes looked bad and most of them were moderately crisp and clear. The grain and video noise from some scenes was enough to complain about (a little) but I saw a few compression artifacts while watching this one. The audio was mostly dubbed English with little separation on the stereo track and even less dynamic range but I've heard a lot worse too so consider this almost average for a foreign release.

Body of Review: Fans of star driven compilation scenes have found a great deal of variety in terms of quality on the market in recent years. Some companies edit the scenes or provide a no frills package of weak scenes while others go all out and give you your money's worth. Private has long been a leader in such compilations and their latest venture was The Private Life of Sandy Style (Private Life Series #23), a set of scenes starring attractive bleach blonde Sandy Style in a host of her best work from Private. As I've stated in the past, the Private Life of… series has provided a lot of fuck for the buck by showcasing hot women such as Monique Covet, Stacy Silver, Jessica May, Sandra Iron, Jodie Moore, Rita Faltoyano, Bettina, Jane Darling, Kate More, Wanda Curtis, Michelle Wild, and Cristina Bella in some very well done compilations that added in some great extras most of the time (not all of the women were available to give interviews or other bonus features new to their compilations) and this was no different. If you enjoy watching Sandy, this is a must have, even if some of her newer scenes at other companies are better at times, you're not going to find as much fuck for your buck starring her than this one. Summary: The Private Life of Sandy Styles (Private Life Series #23) was another compilation worthy of being Highly Recommended for the sheer amount of fuck for the buck as well as the varied performances and sweet extras. If you have ever liked Sandy Styles (keeping in mind she's had several aliases too), this is what we affectionately refer to as a "no-brainer" considering the quality of the total package offered. There was plenty of oral, vaginal and anal with all kinds of variations on the theme but take a look at the front DVD cover and if you like her look, I can assure you that many of her performances here were good enough to augment your decision (not all of her work has been full of chemistry but she virtually always makes energetic scenes).
