Audio/Video Quality: Incestuous was presented in anamorphic widescreen as shot by director Jacky St. James for Digital Sin under her new Tabu Tales line. The director of photography was Eddie Powell, no surprise there, an acknowledged expert in the field with very few peers in terms of quality production work, their collaborations together considered some of the very best the industry has to offer. Unlike a recent competitor’s title touching on a few of the same themes, this one was much more reminiscent of the classic “Taboo” series starring Kay Parker though with all the modern upgrades in cinematography. It was clear that a lot of work went into the movie and it looked really good, the editing by Gabrielle Anex and lighting helping a bunch. There was a company watermark in the lower right corner of the screen but it was very light and unobtrusive so few should complain. The aural components were well done too, the quality of the stereo English presentation combining clear vocals, appropriate ambient sounds, and a mixture of well handled musical pieces to work really well.

Body of Review: Jacky St. James and her work with Eddie Powell at Digital Sin, is currently poised to win numerous awards and nominations. Their latest collaboration in the “Tabu Tales” line is called Incestuous, each of the four scenes centered on step family trysts where both consenting partners relished the impromptu encounters, the sex flowing naturally out of every day events. Of note was the age appropriateness of the couplings, no stretches of the imagination needed here as is all too often the case elsewhere, and the personal chemistry of the couplings; the believability of the encounters such that the company placed a disclaimer on the front of the credits. With Adriana Chechik, Ariella Ferrera, Riley Reid, and Brandi Love on hand, I felt it had some potential.

The back cover described the movie like this: “Sometimes only family can fulfill your needs. When his stepdaughter is accepted onto her college cheerleading squad, a man's forbidden fantasies suddenly turn into a provocative reality. A woman's new career as a massage therapist becomes the ultimate foreplay when her stepson gets injured after a football game and requests her services. Sexual tension builds, and subsequently explodes, as a father and step daughter impatiently wait for her mother to leave for work each morning. After manipulating her stepson into buying her a new pair of shoes each week, a woman decides that seduction is the ultimate payback for his generosity.” Here’s a brief look at the scenes by cast and action, noting that no condoms were used for those still interested:

Scene One: Daddy’s Little Cheerleader: Riley Reid, a popular hotty with a lean and all natural body, was up first as she gave Alec Knight, a show in her cheerleader outfit. Summary: Incestuous by director Jacky St. James for Digital Sin combined solid technical values, well crafted writing, and a group of decent performers to merit a rating of Recommended for me. All the women looked prime and Steven St. Croix gave the most nuanced performance of all the men, Alec Knight coming in second. In short, I liked Incestuous and the series continues to bury most of the competition in the erotica, romance genre even as Jacky works out all the finer points to make it consistently better. The sex was fun and heated with the “step” relations adding in the spicy edge to make it stand out so give it a look to appreciate it.
