The Movie:

This recent release from Ninn Worx is a look into the life and career of porno starlet Georgia Adair as only Michael Ninn could do it. Spread out over two discs, the set serves not only as a traditional smut film but also as an interesting glimpse into the woman's word both inside and outside the adult movie making business (but thankfully mostly inside!).

DISC ONE: THE STORY

The story portion of the disc is divided up into five chapters and it covers all manner of things in its running time of just over seventy minutes in length. Very slickly edited using multiple camera angles and some different post production tricks, this segment looks great and is set to some very professional sounding ambient music (some of which is recycled from Ninn Worx's earlier Fetish 2000 – The Dreamscape release) to heighten the mood.

But what happens in it? Basically, Georgia and a few of her coworkers are interviewed on camera and on the set of a XXX shoot (the same shoot that resulted in the second disc of this set, which makes sense when you think about it). She talks about her photo layouts, her website work, and what she did before her true XXX work. Ample amounts of nudity and behind the scenes footage comprised of outtakes, bloopers, and 'making of' material all add up to a pretty in depth look at how a porno film is made. The sets, the lighting, the camera work, the actors and actresses, these things are all covered and although this isn't really masturbation material despite the presence of some hardcore footage, it does make for interesting viewing none the less if you have even the slightest interest in how porn films are made.

Extras on this disc are limited to trailers for Becoming Georgia Adair I and Becoming Georgia Adair II as well as a photo gallery (but it's a big one with lots of action pictures in it).

DISC TWO: THE SEX

On this second disc is where you'll find the fruits of the labors you see on the first disc. Here it is, the hardcore sex scenes you know you want. Once again divided up into five chapters, this disc doesn't come with any extra features but when you consider the fact that the first disc is a length making of featurette, that more than makes up for it.

Chapter 1 – Evan Stone, Georgia Adair: Evan starts things off by fingering Georgia while she basks in the sun that falls across the chair she's sitting in. Soon he moves his mouth down, and then she returns the oral favors. Video:

The fullframe shot on video presentation looks pretty good. With the material spread out over two discs there are no problems with mpeg compression issues and although at times the picture is obviously 'video' for the most part the colors are very nice and there's a nice level of detail present throughout. When comparing this to your average shot on video porn film, the amount of care that went into the transfer and into the lighting and look of the film becomes evident.

Sound:

The English language Dolby Digital 2.0 Mix gets a little muddled during some of the on set interviews that take place on the first disc but other than that, much like the video quality, this disc sounds just fine. The background music rises up over top of everything to give it all a very artistic and dreamlike quality and with the exception of the aforementioned muddled scenes (which don't occur too often) everything is clean, clear, and audible just like it should be.

Final Thoughts:

It's always a treat when an adult film turns out to be more than you expected. It's rare to find artistic merit in a lot of this type of material but Ninn Worx once again proves that explicit pornography can be classy and it can look professional and it can have an interesting soundtrack. The first disc is an interesting look at the performers and their work, and the second disc delivers the goods with the hardcore smut. Together they add up to a very solid release that comes highly recommended.
