Extra's: The best extra for me was easily the 28 minute long Behind the Scenes feature that had a lot more of the action, nudity, and interviews that fans might appreciate. There were also a number of slower moments with the miscellaneous and routine tasks but overall, it was a solid extra worth checking out. The other extras included the usual pop shot compilation from the scenes and photogallery but I really don't a lot about them and they don't add any value for me.

Audio/Video Quality: Bubble Bursting Butts was presented in the same 1.33:1 ratio full frame color it was shot in by director Diana DeVoe for The Candy Shop/Red Light District. The lighting was solid in almost all cases, leading to minimal grain and video noise. There could have been better fill lighting on the men at times but the dark skin tones compared to the lighter skin of the ladies was probably difficult for the director to get right consistently. Still, the composition of the shots was reasonably well done and that enhanced the look of the ladies in most cases that the emphasis wasn't on capturing a particular sex trick. The fleshtones were accurate in most cases and there were no compression artifacts observed during my viewing of the title. The audio was presented in a 2.0 Dolby Digital English but I heard no separation between the channels and some of the vocals were on the low side for me.

Body of Review: Diana DeVoe is a curvy black performer that has started directing for The Candy Shop/Red Light District of late. I'd be lying if I said I knew what special skills, talents, or perspective that she brings to her work since I've had mixed experiences with her titles in the past. Her latest movie is Bubble Bursting Butts, a tribute to well rounded ass on various women, the emphasis on black gals this time. The men were a few of the usual culprits but it was a decent little venture and if you like watching ripe ass in action (not always anal though), you'll probably enjoy this one more than a little. Here's a quick look at the scenes by cast and action, noting that no condoms were used by the men at all:

Scene One: Roxy Reynolds, the lean little black gal on the upper middle of the front DVD cover, was up first and her ass looked much better in action then on the cover as she clapped with it, shook it, and otherwise tease with it. Ace was her partner and he was frothing at the bit to see if her claim that most men only last up to ten minutes with her. She aggressively blew him once she dropped to her knees, coyly playing with him as Diana captured her ass sticking out. Her oral talents were very satisfying but her pounding vaginal ride proved to be even better as she worked him over even better, getting into it as though she was on fire. They tried numerous positions and she did some PTM, ending the scene with a facial. It was a nice start to the movie.

Scene Two: Velicity Von, the curvy white gal with the appealing tan line as seen on the upper right hand corner of the front cover, was up next as she laughed at Diana's comments about her sexy ass and tits. The tease was short but she seemed to enjoy alternating between the two men, Broc Adams and Ace, as she sucked them off enthusiastically. Most of the oral was with no hands, saving that for jerking them off when she was blowing the other, but they took some time to stroke her body too. The men then took turns tapping her pussy as she'd blow the other some more. She was moderately active here but had some much to keep her occupied that she really wasn't as able to truly ride and suck dick at the same time. Scene Three: Persuajon, the frisky black gal seen on the lower right hand corner of the front DVD cover, was up next to show how persuasive she could be with that fine ass of hers, though the tease footage was limited this time to her shaking her money maker very briefly. Her partners were Tyler Knight and Ace and they found her oral demeanor to be significantly slower then Velicity before. She did increase the tempo as time went on but her whole attitude was different as she blew one and took the cock from the other. Apparently not the oral expert some of her peers were, she seemed more at home getting boned then blowing, a casual observation I made comparing her to some of the others. When she was on top, she was an active rider though and that helped restore some of the heat lost up front, but they left the smallest load I've seen in a long time on her ass and the initial load wasn't anything worth mentioning either.

Scene Four: Raven Sky, the fine lady on the lower left hand corner of the cover, and Trinity Post, the bubble butted white gal on the upper middle of the left hand side of the cover, were up next after they were given a moment to shine. Raven teased the camera first as she sat in the chair to showcase her booty, with Deep Threat going at her orally and spanking her. Summary: Bubble Bursting Butts by director Diana DeVoe for The Candy Shop/Red Light District was a fun ride worth a rating of Recommended thanks to the quality of the ladies, the action, replay, and stroke value as well as the extras. It had some rough edges but Bubble Bursting Butts had the right kind of curves as advertised and if it becomes a series, Diana can probably improve it rather easily compared to some of her earlier efforts. If you like phat booty, you'll want to watch this one as it had some fine performances so check it out.
