Audio/Video Quality: The picture was presented in the usual 1.33:1 ratio full frame color. I can honestly say that I like what I've been seeing from Mayhem lately. Their newer releases all have technical quality on par with the higher end studios. Her 1st Monster Dick was shot using a handheld digital camera, so the colors are sometimes a bit washed, and the lighting does have some issues. Normally this would be a sign of bad production values, but this is exactly what the directors intended; a home video feeling. I didn't notice a single flaw on the actual print; this shows that Mayhem actually spent some time on this release. The audio is 2.0 stereo, and sounds more than adequate.

Scene 1: Holly Wellin. This scene is just plan nuts! Holly a sexy brunette is joined by two well-hung guys. As soon as the camera rolls both guys are fucking her mouth like there's no tomorrow. With the foreplay over the guys toss Holly around like a rag doll and fuck her in every positions. Some of them include: doggy style, cowgirl, reverse cowgirl, missionary, and spooning – with anal tossed in. About half way through the scene Holly is coaxed into performing some nasty DP action.
