Audio/Video Quality: This Ain’t The Interview XXX was presented in anamorphic widescreen as shot by director Will Ryder for Hustler Video. Will wrote the screenplay and worked the first camera while video tech/lighting expert Fliktor handled the second camera. Drew Rose and Nextdoor Jimmy were in charge of film and sound editing just as Scott David was the art director, many others involved in the production as well. The lighting was largely flat and solid, a few spots where shadows were too noticeable observed and some of the editing a bit rushed. In all though, it looked better than I thought it would going into the project, some compression artifacts noticed on the big screen and a lot of green screen effects and stock footage used to establish locations. The audio aspects of the show were presented in 2.0 stereo with a 192 Kbps bitrate but the separation of the channels seemed to be added in post production, the music and ambient noises mixed in with the clear vocals to help make the production work.

Body of Review: Will Ryder has been porn’s “musical genius” for a long time now, his recent induction into the Hall of Fame just one of many accolades the man has received for his works at companies such as Hustler Video. Having literally sparked an extended renaissance in porn parodies where a few others ascended up with him as most of his colleagues were found wanting, I always look forward to his projects, even the lower budget titles such as This Ain’t The Interview XXX, a parody of the mainstream Hollywood movie that caused quite a stir last year, the story surrounding the making of that movie about two media types pressed to kill the head of a sovereign state more interesting than the movie itself. So low key was this project that I hadn’t heard a peep about it until it arrived in the morning mail, perhaps a first for any of Will’s parodies that see press releases flying fast and furious for weeks at a time, my primary interest in the flick being the inclusion of AJ Applegate, Chanel Preston, and Evan Stone, though the others merited a look too. Here’s a brief look at the scenes by cast and action, noting that no condoms were used for those still interested:

Scene One: Anya Ivy, a skinny black gal with a nice ass and big bosoms, was up first as an intern, horny media star Evan Stone on the prowl wearing the silliest of hairpieces (competing with Jovan’s Dennis Rodman wig for goofiest look of the show). Summary: This Ain’t The Interview XXX by director Will Ryder for Hustler Video was an amusing pornified version of the Franco/Rogen comedy from the headlines last year, Chanel Preston and Evan Stone playing the leads to Mia Li’s rendition of the self important North Korean dictator and Jovan Jordan again establishing that he has a great deal of potential acting in his role of Dennis Rodman. So while there were a great many little details one could easily pick apart and roll your eyes over, the sexual trysts, all four and a half of the short outings (Evan going down on Cindy sort of the reverse to the usual BJ-only scene I give half credit for) showing some energy, enthusiasm, and hot cooch getting worked over just fine to earn a rating of Recommended. In short, This Ain’t The Interview XXX could have offered more footage of AJ Applegate doing Chanel Preston, the two biggest reasons to give this one a second look, but fans of Asian ladies will find it especially inspiring so check it out.
