Audio/Video Quality: Anal Swinger Orgy was shot in anamorphic widescreen color by directors Francesca Le & Mark Wood for Evil Angel. The camera was uncredited but largely stable and the editing not especially noticeable, the ever present company watermark located on the lower right corner of the screen not overly garish. The flesh tones were accurate and the resolution flattered the ladies, in all it was a good set of visuals even if expanding the picture from computer to big screen television made some compression artifacts more noticeable. The 2.0 Dolby Digital aural soundtrack was basic though. The vocals and music were the dominant components with some whispers and ambients sounds at times tossed in or not caught in editing, nothing overtly dubbed or missed though so it was about right for a gonzo production.

Body of Review: Francesca Le & Mark Wood are two of the more personable directors in porn, their body of work for Evil Angel surpassing their previous releases time and again. Their most recent release is called Anal Swinger Orgy, a single orgy scene where a plethora of top flight hotties engaged in lots of heated sexual exploits at the directing couple’s home. As a general rule of thumb, I hate orgy scenes, especially these days, because lower budgets mean fewer cameras to catch the resulting sex, the larger the cast the more that tends to be missed. Most such orgies are scripted too, the “by the numbers” acts of the cast driven not by desire or what feels good so much as a timetable and checklist of acts to be performed. Well, Francesca and Mark seem to have broken the mold with this one, conveying a feel of realism, genuine fun (the fun factor rating was very high here), and use of high end technical values to take the nine person cast and make it work. With AJ Applegate, Francesca Le, Nadia Styles, Mandy Muse, and Christie Stevens giving it up to Mark, Alec, Anthony, and Will, I felt the decision to blend in a lot of medium to longer range shots gave this title a lot of replay value, allowing a viewer to focus on whatever onscreen was happening they cared for most.

There was a lot of gash gobbling, knob slobbing, and rimming but the closer you watch this one, the more you will find (like Fran nibbling on AJ’s neck as AJ inhaled Mark’s turgid rod). The trio then brought more of the cups and food out to the others who had already started exploring each other, Nada getting felt up by Anthony, Mandy comfy with Alec, and Christie getting frisky with Will on the expansive white couch.

When all of them were together, it was explained how the men were to toss their keys on a bowl and the ladies pick but that formality did not seem to hold for long, AJ “winning” Will as Mandy picked Alec, etc; the clothing coming off quickly as the couple progressed to giving each other various forms of enthusiastic oral with some splendid eye contact. Summary: Anal Swinger Orgy by directors Francesca Le & Mark Wood for Evil Angel was a whole lot better than I thought it would be going into it, the sheer amount of fun factor fucking elevating the resulting movie above what I am used to with orgies so I rated this one as Highly Recommended. There were some more personal moments allowed to focus on a particular duo or trio like the opener with the amazing Francesca and incredible AJ Applegate in the kitchen with Mark or Nadia Styles getting off with Alec, but across the board there was a lot of variety punctuated by the copious amounts of anal sex promised by the title to appreciate just how good this was compared to most other orgy scenes I’ve watched in awhile, sadly no technical credits listing the capable crew but the finished work definitely one worthy of award consideration later this year. In short, Anal Swinger Orgy had five women well worth paying attention to, four guys fitting their roles here to service them, and a lot more lighting than any orgy I’ve ever allegedly attended but above all else, it was the fun factor that I appreciated the most as the cast had such a good time together.
