You have 5 options when the DVD starts: Play Movie, Play by Couple, Play by Position Type, Play by Skill Level, & Play by Specific Needs. I love the fact you can do this as I consider myself more of a intermediate skilled person (No upright standing for us- there is a 1' height difference). The first time I watched it I did just choose the "Play Movie" option to get an over view of the DVD.



Jamye's introduction discusses how couples want to be monogamous, but that the sex can become monotonous. This DVD is designed to help break couples out of a sex rut.

The way the entire DVD runs is we see the couple in a position, learn the name, hear some details about the position , watch the couple for about 15 more seconds, and move on to the next position. This is very strictly a position DVD as there wasn't a real opportunity to just watch (or hear for the matter) the couples together. Some of the positions are realistic and I feel I could benefit from them, other positions are a little out there and I can't ever picture using them on a routine basis.

As far as the couples- they all are real-life couples that are thankfully more attractive than your average Jane & Joe on the Street. My favorite couple was Angela & Ethan. They were by far the most acrobatic as well as the most enthusiastic in this DVD- they both genuinely looked like they were enjoying themselves. Next up would be Meg & Mike. They are the most "average" looking couple and their positions all tend to be more of beginner style positions. I enjoy watching them because they appear to be enjoying themselves. Which brings me to the last couple. Autumn & Rob. They may be the most "porn-friendly" appearing couple- but they were my least favorite. Autumn looks bored the entire time and Rob goes from appearing bored to in pain. They were both very lack luster.

Final Thoughts: This is the shortest review I've ever wrote for a DVD and that's because the DVD is that to the point. If you're interested in learning a few positions, and not watching this for the hot sex, you may enjoy this. If nothing else, it's hilarious trying to get into some of the positions with your partner. It's also shot in absolutely beautiful Jamaica which doesn't hurt. It's not a DVD will routinely watch, so I'm saying Rent It.
