The Exxxotica Fan Choice Awards—better known as The Fannys—made a high-energy return Saturday night with a live event held at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, Illinois. The evening celebrated the top names in adult entertainment, all chosen by fans in a two-month, two-round voting process that garnered more than 250,000 total votes.

Hosted by Maitland Ward, the former mainstream star turned adult icon, and comedian Usama Siddiquee, the awards show was the centerpiece of Exxxotica’s 20th Anniversary kickoff weekend.

Held in the venue’s Grand Ballroom, the event featured a red carpet and was packed with performers, creators, and fans from across the adult industry.

More than 50 presenters from various sectors of the adult space took part in the evening, which also featured live performances by singer/songwriter Kailee Spark, dance troupe Double Venus, and burlesque performer Heather Dart.

The show was supported by Award Ambassadors from Chaturbate—Lana Del Bae, Johnny D. Good, and Sunny420—who helped hand out trophies and escort winners onstage.
