Sources are reporting that former adult performer Alana Cruise has died.
Alana Cruise departed this life on May 23, 2025, at the age of 44, after a courageous battle with cancer. She passed peacefully at the Heights of Summerlin in Las Vegas, Nevada, surrounded by family.
Born on January 6, 1981, in Ventnor City, New Jersey, Alana lived in several cities throughout her life, including Margate, Atlantic City, and Las Vegas. A proud veteran, she served in the United States Army as a field medic and later earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology along with a certification as a medical assistant technician. Her early professional life reflected her dedication to service, care, and hard work.

In 2014, Alana entered the adult film industry under the name Alana Cruise. Over the course of nearly a decade, she appeared in more than 280 films and became known for her confidence, professionalism, and compelling on-screen presence. She collaborated with many prominent studios and developed a loyal fanbase, all while navigating her career with strength and grace.
Alana was a devout member of the Catholic faith and remained deeply connected to her family. Her children survive her, John Spencer and Alyssa Spencer; siblings, Samantha Flynn and Amanda Flynn McGovern; and parents, Diane McGrath and Kevin Flynn. She is also remembered lovingly by Frank McGrath Jr. and other extended family members. Her grandparents, Alice Payne, Thomas Patrick Flynn Sr., and Patricia Josephine Flynn, preceded her in death.
A veterans’ memorial service will be held at the Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Boulder City. The date will be announced later. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the American Cancer Society in her memory.
Alana will be remembered not only for her unique career path and resilience but for the kindness, strength, and warmth she shared with all who knew her.
