The Gamma Films exclusive contract star, who made his directorial debut this summer with Wicked Pictures’ The Red Room (which he also wrote), earned a nomination for Best Directing – Non-Narrative Production. The Axel Braun-produced anthology also merited a nod for Best Gonzo/ Compendium Movie or Limited Series and Best Boy/Girl Sex Scene for Gamble and Kenna James.
Gamble also scored a coveted Male Performer of the Year nod, as well as Best Leading Actor (Gods & Sinners, Wicked Pictures), Best Actor – Featurette (Black Widow XXX: An Axel Braun Parody, Wicked Comix) and Best Tag-Team Sex Scene (May 2021 Fantasy of the Month, Nubile Films; with Alex Coal & Codey Steele).
“I want to thank the team at AVN for the love they’ve shown me as a performer, and now as a director,” said Gamble. “Receiving a Male Performer of the Year nomination is such an honor, and on top of that, Best Actor, Best Sex Scenes AND Best Directing? It’s staggering and extraordinary and I am so appreciative of this incredible acknowledgment.
“I am also proud of The Red Room and so thankful to Axel Braun and our top-notch cast & crew, including Emily Willis, Aidra Fox, Kenna James, Lena Paul, Andy Zane, Chris Streams, Alex Ladd, Claudia Ross, Dusty Lynn, Lucy Rita… and of course, an extra-special thanks goes to my amazing wife Kenzie Taylor. What a ride it’s been this past year, and I feel like I’m just getting started!”
Adult performer Seth Gamble entered the porn industry in 2006 in his native South Florida, moved to Los Angeles in 2009 to pursue higher profile gigs and has since become a rock-hard mainstay in hundreds of hardcore films ever since, starring in everything from amateur POV to Gonzo to big-budget features and XXX parody productions of film classics such as Star Wars XXX, Grease XXX, Deadpool XXX, The Possession of Mrs. Hyde, Suicide Squad XXX and Adult Time mega-blockbuster Perspective.
The star has expanded his talents within the entertainment business to include music – he’s also a hip-hop recording artist – and is interested in more roles in mainstream film & TV to properly utilize his years of acting classes that have served him so well in adult. “I love my job and I’m grateful for the incredible opportunities and experiences this business has afforded me, and I hope to work as long as the viewing public will allow me.”
