Adult industry icon and entrepreneur Sara Jay has nabbed two Urban X Awards for Social Media Star of the Year and MILF Performer of the Year and is asking her fans to vote for her here and here.

“It is always an honor to be nominated and especially for an Urban X Award, a brand that is so close to me,” says Sara Jay. “It would be so wonderful to win because the fans would be 100% responsible for these awards. Thank you Urban X !”
