Santa Claus traded the North Pole for Midtown Manhattan this week, making a surprise visit to Rick’s Cabaret New York, the well-known adult nightclub located just one block from Madison Square Garden.

The seasonal appearance added a playful holiday twist to the club, which is known for its upscale atmosphere, celebrity clientele, and roster of more than 200 exotic dancers.

According to staff, Santa said he could only stay briefly for a few lap dances before returning north to finish preparations for Christmas. His visit drew attention from guests enjoying the club’s holiday parties, which regularly attract entertainers, professional athletes, couples, and nightlife regulars.
“Santa asked me if I was naughty or nice,” said Rick’s dancer Fiona. “I told him I was very naughty and he smiled and whispered in my ear that he would bring me something big for Christmas.”

Another performer, Kristi, said the timing of the visit matched the club’s busy holiday season. “All the Rick’s girls are really hot, and Santa was impressed,” she said. “Christmas is amazing at Rick’s with so many parties, show business people, pro athletes, and couples all having a great time.”
Ariel, another Rick’s dancer, pointed guests toward the club’s holiday decorations. “Be sure to visit our lit Christmas tree in our VIP lounge so you can leave a gift for me under it,” she said, adding with a laugh that she was joking.

Rick’s Cabaret New York features multiple levels of entertainment, including discreet private suites, luxury skyboxes, and a rooftop cigar lounge. The venue is also home to Rick’s Steakhouse, led by chef Jayson Margulies, which offers three-course daily lunch specials, dinner service, and a late-night menu served until 3 a.m.

Club representatives said Santa’s visit was part of the festive atmosphere the venue creates each December, blending holiday décor with its signature nightlife experience as the city heads into the peak of the season.
