XBIZ has officially opened the pre-nomination period for the 2026 XBIZ Exec Awards, the adult industry’s leading career recognition program, with a new slate of categories celebrating individuals who have made a positive human impact within the community.

The pre-nomination window runs through October 14, allowing industry members to submit entries via XBIZ.net.

This year’s awards introduce a new set of distinctions collectively known as the Impact Honors, designed to recognize personal integrity, empathy, and leadership beyond professional achievement. Each of these honors will be awarded to one recipient without the traditional list of finalists.

According to XBIZ, the new categories include:

• Brave Voice Award: for individuals who have shown courage and conviction in speaking up to drive meaningful dialogue and positive change.
• Pulse of the People Award: honoring those who embody the spirit and culture of the industry through genuine engagement that fosters connection and progress.
• Trusted Confidant Award: recognizing professionals whose judgment and support have empowered others and strengthened the community.
• Heart of Gold Award: celebrating individuals who have demonstrated kindness and compassion through meaningful acts that uplift those around them.
• Shining Spirit Award: for those whose optimism and energy have inspired their peers and elevated the workplace.

The XBIZ Exec Awards honor exceptional creativity, leadership, and achievement across a range of roles within the adult industry, from business development and marketing to production and technology. The awards have long been considered one of the highest forms of peer recognition in the field.

The upcoming Pleasure & Retail Community edition of the 2026 XBIZ Exec Awards is scheduled for Sunday, January 11, to coincide with the XBIZ Expo pleasure products trade show. The Digital Media Community edition will follow on Wednesday, January 14, during the XBIZ LA Digital Media Conference.
