24-year-old former porn star Aubrey Gold was sentenced to ten years in a Florida State Prison followed by five years of probation earlier this month, in a plea deal for her participation in the murder of her 51-year-old boyfriend, Raul Ambriz Guillen.

Raul Ambriz Guillen went missing on the 4th of July, 2020. Authorities believe he was shot, killed sometime between July 4th and July 6th.

His body was later buried in a shallow grave in Florida, near the Alabama state line. His body wasn’t found until August 25th. Jeremie Odell Peters and William Shane Parker buried the body near the residence of Jeremie Odell Peters. Law enforcement believes drugs and money are the motives for the murder.

Aubrey Gold, along with William Shane Parker and Jeremie Odell Peters, was charged for the crime. The shooter was believed to be William Shane Parker, Aubrey Gold was thought to have been there at the time and later helped cover up the crime. And Jeremie Odell Peters was also charged with accessory after the fact of murder and abuse of a corpse as a result of how he helped to dispose of the body.

Aubrey Gold’s original charge was “principal in the second degree,” which is a person who assists another in the commission of a crime and is present when the crime is being committed but does not actually participate in the crime.

Aubrey Gold retired from performing in 2018 and has been arrested at least six times since.

As part of Aubrey Gold’s plead no contest to the murder, and will begin serving her 10-year prison sentence immediately. She also cooperated with authorities and testified against Jeremie Odell Peters was found guilty of being an accessory to the murder as well as for his involvement in a conspiracy to tamper with a key witness in the case. He will serve a 20-year prison sentence.

William Shane Parker is scheduled to appear in court to answer his charge of murder this month, where Aubrey Gold is expected to testify against him as well.

Born in Alabama, Aubrey Gold began her career in porn in 2015 before officially retiring in 2018. During her time in the adult industry, she performed in about 100 scenes.
