The APAG Union (Adult Performance Artists Guild) filed a lawsuit against the former parent union, International Entertainment Adult Union (IEAU), and Phyllisha Anne.
The lawyer says that he wants to step down because his client, Phyllisha Anne, urged him to take actions that he considers “inconsistent with my professional ethics.”
APAG Union originally filed suit against IEAU in 2020 to officially sever the two organizations and reclaim the trademark, defamation, and unpaid wages.
According to court documents, the lawyer for the IEAU has had problems with his clients for a while now and has only just requested the courts remove him from the case. He no longer wishes to have anything to do with Phyllisha Anne or the associated lawsuits.
Phyllisha Anne began performing in porn in 1997. She later helped to form the IEAU, and immediately problems began.
The APAG Union was the adult performer branch of their “union” and has worked tirelessly to protect and educate adult performers, webcam models, and content creators over the last few years.
