Mike Stabile is a seasoned journalist and documentary filmmaker with over a decade of experience advocating for the rights of sex workers and promoting sexual freedom. His writing has been featured in prominent outlets like The Daily Beast, Salon, Buzzfeed, Playboy, and The New York Times. His documentary Seed Money, which covers the life of Chuck Holmes, was named one of The Advocate’s Best Documentaries of 2015.

Stabile also founded Polari Media, an agency that helps marginalized groups and nontraditional businesses engage with mainstream audiences. He has served as the communications director for the Free Speech Coalition (FSC) since 2013. With over 30 years of leadership, the FSC has been instrumental in fighting social stigma, correcting misinformation, and challenging discriminatory policies, showing that when the adult industry comes together, it wins.
