Adult star Mia Rose officially marks her return to the industry after more than a decade away with the release of her new showcase Alpha 6.

The project is the debut of her new production company, Miss Mia Rose, LLC, through which she plans to not only star in her own titles but also produce a slate of bold and boundary-pushing features.

Alpha 6 is Rose’s first onscreen appearance since 2014 and reflects her deeply personal vision. Inspired by the story of a rare female alpha wolf in Yellowstone National Park, the film reimagines Mia’s return as a symbol of feminine strength and resilience. The project also sees her share the screen for the first time with legendary performer Lexington Steele, introduces her fiancé Alex Fuchs as both a co-star and assistant producer, and is directed by newcomer Cleanface.

“Coming back with Alpha 6 has been an incredible experience,” said Rose. “Not only am I stepping back in front of the camera, but I’m producing films on my own terms with Miss Mia Rose, LLC. Creating a project like this – with people I love and respect – is the perfect way to reintroduce myself, and I couldn’t be happier about what’s ahead.”

Her next feature, the nunsploitation-inspired Sister Sin’s Bad Habit, is already in development and promises to push Rose’s creative ambitions even further. Under Miss Mia Rose, LLC, she plans to produce both feature-length and exploitation-inspired films, with a strong emphasis on ensuring that female performers share in royalties long after the cameras stop rolling.

Rose first broke into the industry in 2006 and quickly became one of the industry’s most in-demand performers. By the time she stepped away in 2014, she had starred in more than 140 titles for powerhouse studios including Evil Angel, Digital Sin, New Sensations and Red Light District. Along the way, she earned XRCO’s Cream Dream of the Year award, multiple AVN nominations, and a global fan base that followed her from magazine covers and centerfolds to mainstream appearances.

The star’s influence also extends beyond the realm of adult film. Rose made history as the first female streamer on Twitch, where she built an audience of more than 90,000, and she was even immortalized as a non-playable character in World of Warcraft. Known for both her business savvy and fearless creativity, she also has been featured in outlets such as People Australia.
