Billed as the adult industry’s premier fan-chosen awards show, The Fannys are entirely fan-driven. From March 14th to April 7th, the top ten nominees in each category will compete in the final round, with fans voting every 24 hours. Winners will be revealed during the awards show slated for Saturday, April 12, 2025.
