Michael Wayne Hall, who the news describes as a “porn actor,” was arrested on June 4 for charges including human trafficking, terroristic threatening, domestic battery, and aggravated assault. The charges are spread across two cases involving multiple victims who reported physical violence and coercion.

Deep diving into the story it looks like he may be an OnlyFans guy and not a mainstream male performer but I’m continuing to look into the case and will let you know what I find out.

The first affidavit reveals that on May 12, detectives received a report from a woman alleging harassment by Hall through various communication platforms, including emails, texts, and messages on CashApp. The woman claimed that in April, Hall had become physically violent, choking her until she nearly passed out, slamming her arms and legs into a door, and bashing her head against the tile floor in the kitchen.

Another affidavit from January 2024 details a different victim’s account. This individual fled Hall’s residence in the middle of the night and sought refuge at the police department. She described being picked up by Hall and another woman in Kentucky and brought to Van Buren with the prospect of living with them permanently.

The victim reported witnessing Hall kicking the other woman in the stomach and ribs while she was on the floor.

Court documents indicate that Hall coerced the women into creating pornographic content for OnlyFans.

The money generated from these activities was deposited into a bank account solely controlled by Hall. One victim explained that she felt compelled to participate due to the threat of physical violence. Hall’s aggressive behavior, including yelling and throwing objects, would escalate if she refused to film.

On May 29, Van Buren police conducted a welfare check on a woman whose friend had expressed concern for her safety. Although she initially stated she was fine, a subsequent welfare check on June 3 revealed the severity of her situation. The woman ran out of the residence, crying hysterically, and reported that Hall had headbutted her twice. She showed officers photographs of previous injuries and disclosed threats Hall had made to kill her.

The affidavit includes threatening text messages from Hall, one of which read: “If my phone goes off again, I’m gonna smash it into your fucking ing face until there’s nothing left,” and another stating, “I will literally kill you.” She reported multiple instances of Hall threatening her life, particularly following the first welfare check.

Hall has a history of similar charges. In 2022, he was booked into the Sebastian County Jail three times on charges, including aggravated assault on a family or household member and a petition to revoke.

Currently, Hall is out on a $100,000 bond and is awaiting his court appearance. The allegations against him highlight severe issues of domestic violence and human trafficking within the context of the adult entertainment industry.

Law enforcement officials have not yet released an official statement regarding Hall’s arrest and the ongoing investigation. However, the charges and the victims’ detailed accounts paint a disturbing picture of coercion, violence, and exploitation.
