Last year, Lauren was up for Creator Brand Ambassador of the Year. But this year, she snagged an even more significant honor, Creator Businessperson of the Year.

Lauren Phillips is one of the hardest-working women in the industry. She takes her roles as Brand Ambassador and Director for Ault Time very seriously and is always looking to hone her craft. She stepped into the role about three years ago and has been nominated and won some significant awards. This year, she’s up for Creator Businessperson of the Year, which is a testament to her hard work, creativity, and tenacity.

Nominees are selected based on leadership, business acumen, community influence, and overall career achievement from a pool of pre-nomination entries submitted by industry members. Voting for the 2025 XBIZ Exec Awards is now open. Industry members may cast their votes via XBIZ.net.
