Jeff Wilson of Kams.com is this week’s guest on Adult Site Broker Talk. He is the founder of No Breaks, Inc., an incubator for adult web traffic products.

He began his career by developing and managing affiliate programs. In 2011, VS Media appointed him to oversee the Flirt4Free affiliate program.

Through his leadership, VS Media enjoyed steady traffic growth and business expansion until the company was acquired in 2020. In 2021, Jeff became Vice President. During this time, he earned recognition from the industry, including the XBIZ Exec Award for Brand Ambassador of the Year and a YNOT Best Industry Representative nomination.

In 2023, he started No Breaks to create tools that connect advertisers and creators with new audiences.

By 2024, No Breaks had introduced Kams.com, which officially entered beta in February 2025. The platform empowers cam models to post videos that funnel fans directly into their live cam rooms.
