In a dramatic case involving the adult film industry, new details have emerged about the alleged attempted murder of an adult film star by another industry figure. Uncut James, 26, is accused of trying to run over and then bludgeon fellow performer Flesh Mechanic with a golf club, driven by jealousy over a past relationship.

The incident took place on April 2 in Los Angeles. According to an LAPD search warrant affidavit, Uncut James attempted to ram Flesh Mechanic’s motorcycle while he was riding. The affidavit states that the motive behind the attack was jealousy, as Flesh Mechanic had made an adult film with Uncut James’s ex-girlfriend, who goes by the stage name “Ivy Lebelle.”

Flesh Mechanic recounted to investigators that another vehicle twice bumped into his motorcycle’s rear wheel, causing him to lose balance. When he looked back, he saw Uncut James attempting to put on a ski mask before exiting his vehicle with a golf club. Uncut James swung the club multiple times, missing initially but eventually landing a blow on Flesh Mechanic’s lower back, causing significant bruising.

In an act of self-defense, Flesh Mechanic tackled Uncut James, breaking his orbital bone with a punch to the face. Police arrived shortly after and arrested Uncut James without further incident. Officers found a ski mask, golf club, and an untraceable ghost gun in his vehicle.

Uncut James was booked for attempted murder on April 4 and released the next day on a $1-million bond. He faces charges of attempted murder, two counts of assault with a deadly weapon other than a firearm, and illegal possession of a loaded gun in public. On May 3, Uncut James pleaded not guilty to all charges. He is scheduled to appear in court on June 6 in Van Nuys for a preliminary hearing. His attorney, Michael Moshe Levin, has not responded to requests for comment.

The affidavit reveals that Uncut James was deeply upset about his breakup with Ivy Lebelle, which occurred in February, and her subsequent involvement with Flesh Mechanic. A mutual friend told police that Uncut James had expressed a desire to murder Flesh Mechanic and dispose of his body. This friend also mentioned Uncut James’s deteriorating mental state and his willingness to engage in a shootout with police if confronted.

Flesh Mechanic expressed his fear for his safety due to Uncut James’s known demeanor and reputation for carrying a firearm. On April 3, a day after the attack, Flesh Mechanic began receiving text messages from friends warning that Uncut James had been released from the hospital and was looking for him.

Det. Gerardo Rivera, who is leading the investigation, confirmed these details, emphasizing the serious nature of the threats and the physical confrontation that occurred. “This case highlights the potential for personal vendettas to escalate into violence, particularly when weapons are involved,” Rivera stated.

The case of Uncut James versus Flesh Mechanic underscores the dangers that can arise from personal disputes, especially within high-stakes industries like adult entertainment. As the legal proceedings continue, the focus will remain on ensuring justice is served and preventing further harm to those involved.
