Multi-award-winning French Canadian adult director and writer Ricky Greenwood has won Best Director – Features for the third year in a row from the XRCOs, plus one of his features scored a major win and a cast member as well.
On Sunday night, the XRCO Awards took place at Boardner’s in Hollywood and were a well-attended event. Ricky Greenwood walked the star-studded carpet and was all smiles. The show was hosted by Cherry Kiss and Gigi Dior, with many presenters. Ricky took home the trophy for Best Director – Features, and his Digital Playground feature, “Gold Diggers,” won Best Release. And Chad Alva won Best Actor for Dorcel’s feature/musical “Alive.” Ricky was there to accept both of his awards and to cheer Chad on.
“I’m honored to have won Best Director – Features again and to have also won Best Release. I’m also proud of Chad that he won another award for his acting in the film. It was a great evening. Thank you, Dirty Bob and everyone at the XRCOs,” says Ricky Greenwood.
In 2017, French Canadian adult director and writer Ricky Greenwood started in the industry with a push from Mile High Media Vice President John Blitt, who has always been a genius when it comes to spotting true talent. Ricky came from a mainstream background working in television, reality TV, documentaries, feature films, and shorts—all this prepared him to take over the adult industry in the last seven years.
