Holly Randall Productions’ first featurette, Hopeless, is being honored with three XBIZ Award nominations for creative filmmaking.

The film, starring Casey Calvert and Lumi Ray, about a surprise romance that springs up between best friends, is nominated for:

• Featurette of the Year
• Best Sex Scene – All-Girl for Calvert and Ray
• Best Editing for Jeffrey John Hart, who wrote and directed the story, and Kyle McQueen

“Finding out that Hopeless received three XBIZ Award nominations was definitely a highlight of my year, as Jeff put so much work into this project,” said Holly Randall. The result was a beautiful film that certainly doesn’t come across as a typical adult movie, and we thank the team at XBIZ for acknowledging this film as an award contender for 2024.”

XBIZ Awards winners will be announced at LA’s Hollywood Palladium on Saturday, January 21.
