We in the industry talk a lot of Facebook and Instagram’s adult content policies, but in reality, Google is just as strict and they’ve just expanded that policy.
Google, who owns YouTube, has decided to while obviously nudity and flat-out sex is against he rules, they are now adding a few other categories, including any talk about sex, even in an educational manner.
Not only does this mean this content on YouTube can no longer be monetized, but it also means that blogs that contain any of this content will also be banned from using AdSense.
So long story short, Google is now censoring people who want to have open, honest, and educational conversations about sex.
