A former Metro Nashville Police officer who was fired after appearing in an OnlyFans video while in uniform has been sentenced to one year of supervised probation and could see his record cleared if he completes the term without violations.

Sean Herman, 35, was indicted in June 2024 on two counts of felony official misconduct. The charges stem from a video recorded in the Madison precinct, where Herman was assigned. In the footage, a woman exposes herself, and an officer identified by investigators as Herman is seen groping her. Metro Police said the video was filmed while Herman was on duty and wearing his department uniform.

Herman, a three-year veteran of the force, was fired in May 2024, a day after police learned of the recording.

The video, prominently featuring an OnlyFans watermark for the creator “Jordinswetof” or “Jordin,” shows Herman in his MNPD uniform from the chest down. During the staged traffic stop, Jordin offers to show her breasts to avoid a ticket, to which Herman, using the alias “Officer Johnson,” initially responds dismissively but ultimately complies by groping her.

Jordin explained that the video was intended as a promotional clip for Twitter and featured a consensual, pre-arranged skit. She mentioned that the cameraman was her husband and emphasized that the scene was consensual and filmed on private property.

“The clip was originally intended to be a Twitter promo for views. I do a lot of public flashing, so I thought this would be a fun risqué video with a fan from Reddit who happened to be a local [police] officer,” Jordin said. She expressed disappointment over Herman’s firing, describing it as an overreaction. “It was a skit drawn up by my husband and I, and everything that took place was consensual, on private property.”

On Aug. 14, 2025, he entered a no-contest plea in court. One misconduct count was dismissed, and judgment was deferred on the second. Under the agreement, if Herman successfully completes his probation, he can petition to have the charge expunged from his record.

An expungement could allow Herman to seek reinstatement of his Tennessee Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST) certification, which is required for all sworn officers in the state. He voluntarily suspended his certification in August 2024, two months after being charged, under an agreement that allowed him to reapply once his criminal case was resolved.

Metro Police have not commented on whether Herman would be considered for rehire if his certification is restored.
