Originally arrested in November of last year in Florida, former male performer Donny Long not only remains in jail, but as of last week, he got a new charge added, which brings his total to 9, including multiple felonies.
He is being held without bail on all but one charge. But even if he could raise the $50,000 bail on that one charge, he can’t be released as his other eight charges don’t qualify for bail.
Donny Long has been doing female adult performers for more than a decade without facing any ramifications, but as it turns out, when you attack a judge and her children, things change.
Donny Long’s newest charge deals with his threatening and harassing the judge and her family. If he’s found guilty, this particular charge can result in a prison term of up to 15 years and is a 2nd-degree felony. But then he also faces eight other charges, including tampering with a witness, cyberstalking, extortion, and human trafficking, which is a first-degree felony.
A first-degree felony in the state of Florida is punishable by a state prison term not exceeding 30 years, a fine not exceeding $10,000, or both.
Donny Long has another hearing in March, but that is only a hearing on one of the counts. This particular legal battle could go on for a year or more.
