The EXXXOTICA Fan Choice Awards, better known as “The Fannys,” are making a highly anticipated comeback on April 12, 2025, at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, Illinois.

This live awards show, presented by Chaturbate, will allow fans to vote for their favorite adult industry stars in a variety of categories, culminating in a star-studded ceremony during EXXXOTICA Chicago.

Originally launched more than a decade ago during EXXXOTICA Atlantic City, The Fannys were designed to give fans the ultimate say in recognizing top talent in adult entertainment. After a hiatus, the awards return bigger than ever, as part of EXXXOTICA Expo’s 20th-anniversary celebration.

• Fans can vote once per day in over a dozen categories at TheFannys.com.
• The nomination round will determine the top 10 nominees per category who will advance to the final round of voting.
• The winners will be revealed live at the event.

What to Expect at The Fannys 2025

• Comedian Usama Siddiquee—known for his high-energy humor and TV appearances on “America’s Got Talent” and Comedy Central—will host the show.
• A co-host from the adult industry will be announced soon.
• Celebrity presenters, live performances, and special guests will add to the night’s excitement.
• The event will kick off with a pink carpet pre-show, setting the stage for an unforgettable evening.

The Chicago expo, running from April 11-13, marks the kickoff to EXXXOTICA’s 20th-anniversary celebrations. The expo will also make stops in:
