Top adult public relations firm The Rub PR’s Owner and Publicist Erika Icon is honored to be among the 2025 XBIZ Exec Awards nominees. This is her first time being up for a nomination in this prestigious awards show.

Nominees are selected based on leadership, business acumen, community influence, and overall career achievement from a pool of pre-nomination entries submitted by industry members. Erika Icon is up for WIA Woman of the Year and is in a category with some of the industry’s biggest and most respected influencers.

Voting for the 2025 XBIZ Exec Awards is now open. Industry members may cast their votes via XBIZ.net.

“I was really shocked when I saw my name on the list, but I was truly honored and thankful for the nomination. Thank you so much, XBIZ, and everyone who nominated me. It means so much to me,” says Erika Icon, Owner and Publicist.

The ceremony for the online awards, which the WIA Woman of the Year category is part of, is set for September 15th during the 2025 XBIZ Conference.
