(London, UK / August 26, 2022) — Dr. Lori Beth Bisbey was honored as a special interview guest on two recent podcasts, The Lisa Ann Experience and The Curious Girl Diaries, where she discussed sexual health, trauma, non-monogamy, the value of therapy and more.
The Accredited Advanced GSRD (gender, sex, relationship diversity) therapist, registered psychologist and sex, intimacy & relationship coach discusses breaking free of frustrations and lingering pain in The Lisa Ann Experience podcast episode, “Letting Go with Dr. Lori Beth Bisbey”, where she opens up about specialized laser coaching and “getting rid of things” in one’s past in order to move on.
“It is possible to get over things, and we know this because we do it every day,” Bisbey explains. “I found a method to help me put all of it in the past and to have no more symptoms, and I work with people in the same way… We talk about people managing things, and I prefer to teach people how to get rid of things… management is overrated. I’m trying to give you the skills you need to go out in the world and live your life.”
The Curious Girl Diaries episode “Experiment With What Excites, Arouses And Sets You Free” with Layla London explores bold, unabashed sexuality without shame: “The more confident you are sexually, the more attractive you are; owning yourself in that way is really attractive to people,” Bisbey muses.
“If that’s the only thing you are able to do is actually get to that place where you are really authentic and you are able to be confident – “this is who I am, this is what I love” – that solves the ‘I don’t know if I can ever find a partner’ problem.”
