Dorcel, one of the responsible leaders in adult entertainment, announced that eighteen of its most popular titles, creators, and websites are finalist nominees at the 2025 XMA Awards.
Fifteen of the selections went to major features helmed by filmmaker Ricky Greenwood. His musical drama Alive led the pack, earning Best Feature Movie, Best Director – Individual Work, Best Acting – Lead (Victoria Voxxx), Best Acting – Supporting (Chad Alva), Best Sex Scene – All Girl (Sophia Locke, Queenie Sateen, and Victoria Voxxx), Best Screenplay (Ricky Greenwood), Best Cinematography (Matt Holder), and Best Editing (Bob Le Flambeur).
Greenwood’s couples feature Amuse Bouche was similarly recognized, receiving nominations for Best Feature Movie, Best Director – Individual Work, Best Acting – Lead (Lumi Ray), Best Acting – Supporting (Nathan Bronson), Best Screenplay (Shawn Alff), Best Cinematography (Matt Holder), and Best Editing (Bob Le Flambeur).
A third project directed by Greenwood, Climax #4, secured a nomination for Best Sex Scene/Orgy (Nicole Doshi, Ana Foxxx, Kenna James, Valentina Nappi, August Skye, Kendra Sunderland, Charles Dera, Seth Gamble, and Isiah Maxwell).
Fittingly for a brand revered as a pioneer in developing video on demand as a commercial media distribution system, Dorcel received a nomination for VOD Company of the Year, while its flagship portal DorcelVision.com earned VOD Site of the Year.
Peer voting is now open on the industry-only social network XBIZ.net.
The 2025 XMA Awards will recognize the best in the industry on Sunday January 19 at the Hollywood Palladium in Los Angeles, California, and serve as the grand finale to a week filled with industry events, including XBIZ Expo, XBIZ LA and X3 Expo.
