British adult film actor Danny Mountain has been in the custody of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) for more than three weeks, according to industry sources and official detention records.
41-year-old Danny Mountain has starred in over 3,000 scenes during the 20 years of his career, most of which were spent working in the US.
He was taken into custody on August 23, 2025, at Harry Reid International Airport in Las Vegas, after arriving from Burbank for a scheduled shoot. He is currently being held at the Golden State Annex Detention Center in McFarland, California, where he awaits a deportation hearing.
ICE has not publicly commented on his detention; however, the information has been confirmed through the official ICE website, which shows that as of September 15, 2025, he remains in custody.
Danny Mountain was born in Southampton, England, and has lived and worked in the United States for more than a decade. Despite his prominence in American adult productions, colleagues say his immigration status has long been uncertain, and it is believed he did not secure permanent residency during his marriages to Eva Angelina from 2007 to 2009 or Mia Malkova from 2014 to 2017.
Immigration attorneys note that overstaying a visa can carry severe consequences, including deportation and a ban on reentering the United States for years. Such restrictions could prove devastating for Mountain’s career in the U.S. market.
Before entering the adult industry, Danny Mountain was considered a promising footballer in England. He trained with Southampton’s youth squad and drew attention from Premier League clubs including Chelsea, West Ham, and Tottenham Hotspur. His sporting ambitions ended at age 16 after a serious knee injury. He entered adult entertainment in the mid-2000s and quickly became a recognizable figure in U.S. productions.
As of September 15, 2025, Mountain remains in ICE custody in McFarland, making it over 3 weeks now that he’s been in custody. Detainees at Golden State Annex are not permitted to receive incoming calls, limiting outside communication.
His deportation hearing has not yet been scheduled publicly, leaving uncertainty over whether he will be allowed to remain in the United States or forced to return to the United Kingdom.
