Byborg Enterprises SA, the parent company of LiveJasmin, has acquired emerging Hungarian startup Cuties AI.

Founded in January 2024 by a team of six developers and creatives, Cuties AI has rapidly gained attention for its fully AI-powered experiences, including dynamic conversations, personalized image and video generation, and adaptive digital companionship. The platform is designed to offer playful, human-like interactions with a strong emphasis on entertainment and personalization.

A spokesperson for Byborg described the acquisition as “part of our vision to lead the next generation of digital entertainment by investing in bold, future-forward technologies.” The company added that with Cuties AI now integrated into the Byborg portfolio, the priority will be scaling operations and establishing the platform as a global category leader.

Despite the acquisition, Cuties AI will remain an independent entity under its existing leadership team in Hungary. Byborg said it plans to support the startup’s expansion while introducing new reporting lines to foster synergies across its broader corporate structure.

The deal reflects a broader acquisition strategy by Byborg, which recently acquired Gamma Entertainment, the Montreal-based parent of premium content platform Adult Time. That purchase brought one of the industry’s largest video libraries and production capabilities under the Byborg umbrella, further enhancing its reach in the adult content space.

With the addition of Cuties AI, Byborg positions itself at the intersection of adult entertainment and artificial intelligence, a sector gaining momentum as companies explore ways to offer immersive and personalized experiences at scale.
