Ash Miller of The Cupcake Girls is this week’s guest on Adult Site Broker Talk.

She is the Interim Executive Director of The Cupcake Girls. This nonprofit organization provides nonjudgmental support, advocacy, and resources to those in the sex industry and survivors of sex trafficking.

With a mission centered on respect, relationships, and holistic care, Ash is a passionate leader who works tirelessly to empower individuals, dismantle stigma, and advocate for equity and justice. A former primary educator (pre-k-8th grade) for over a decade, that world was swapped for the sex industry in 2013. Since then, she has navigated life as a solopreneur, dancer, content creator, and general creatrix.

She holds a strong conviction that communities are stronger when connected, and that meaningful inclusion must happen in the spaces where decisions shape lives. As a disabled queer femme raised in a family of advocates, she offers both insight and resilience in navigating systems that often ignore or marginalize people like her.

The Cupcake Girls, a nonprofit based in the United States, provides holistic, trauma-informed resources, outreach, and advocacy for sex workers and survivors of sex trafficking.

They envision an end to sex trafficking alongside the empowerment of consensual sex workers, delivering care without conditions and supporting each person’s goals and needs. Their work is rooted in addressing stigma and creating real pathways to safety and support.

With the help of mentors, leaders, advocates, volunteers, and partners, their programs focus on equipping participants to achieve balance and flourishing in every area of life.
