It’s hard to believe that AltPorn.net has been covering all things AltPorn for nearly two decades now and we always enjoy the time of year when we can expand on the recognition and appreciation that all of our creative alternative erotica friends and crushes deserve. As every year, winners are selected by voting from the fans, models, and producers, as well as our own editorial board of judges.

Every year, winners are selected based on a combination of deliberation by the AltPorn.net judges panel of editorial and writing staff and votes from fans, models, and producers.
AltPorn.Net has been doing press coverage celebrating alt creativity and the best in alternative erotica, alt.porn, counterculture, subculture, punk, goth, emo, tattooed, and just creatively offbeat sexy cool smut for nearly two decades and started giving the AltPorn Awards to honor excellence in alt work produced in 2010. In addition to the annual star-studded event in Los Angeles (when it is not COVID), AltPorn.Net produces AltStar magazine. VIP attendees of the event will receive an issue of AltStar in their goodie bags, along with tons of other cool swag.
